To find the perfect size for your hat, take a tape measure and follow these steps:

1. Measure your head circumference: Place the measuring tape in the middle of your forehead, just above your ears. Wrap it around your head without pulling it too tight. Note the measurement where the tape overlaps.

2. Find your size: Refer to our size chart below. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Tip: No tape measure? Use a piece of string, measure your head circumference, then measure the string with a ruler.

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight, volume, and total amount of your order. These costs will be indicated in your shopping cart.

Our hats and accessories are shipped by La Poste using Colissimo, with delivery against signature to the delivery address you have provided.

For mainland France, please allow a maximum of 10 working days for delivery. Delivery times may be longer for international shipments. Every effort is made to reduce this time as much as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email so that you can track its progress.

For custom orders, the lead time varies between 2 and 6 weeks, depending on the project, the material, the finishes...

A minimum 30% deposit is required to confirm a custom order. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.

For deliveries outside of Europe, customs duties may apply depending on your destination country. We encourage you to check these potential charges to avoid any surprises and place your order with complete peace of mind!

Our primary goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your hat or accessories! If the size or style isn't right for you, we'll be happy to exchange them, if possible.

You have 5 working days from the receipt of your order to return them to us.

Simply ensure the product is in its original condition, with its label and packaging, and that it has not been worn or damaged. Don't forget to email us your package tracking information to:

However, personalized or custom-made products made especially for you cannot be exchanged or returned.

We only accept claims regarding products sold on our website. Please note that each of our items is carefully handcrafted, which may result in slight variations from one piece to another. These differences are part of the charm of handcrafted items and make each piece unique. They are in no way considered a defect.

To inform us of your decision to return, simply send us a short message to the following address: contact@mademoiselle-v.paris, specifying the item references, the order number and date.

Please feel free to tell us the reason for the return; this will help us improve our service.

We will then send you an email to confirm the address to which you should return your item.

To ensure a smooth return process, please send the item back to us in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging to protect it during shipping. Any damage or deterioration may unfortunately prevent a refund.

Returns must be made via parcel with signature confirmation upon delivery, regardless of the carrier chosen. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and please note that we do not accept returns for cash on delivery.

Upon receipt of the item under the conditions mentioned, we will process your refund, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days, via the same payment method used for your order.

In the event of loss or damage to the package during the return, unfortunately, we are not responsible, and the order will remain at your expense.

Absolutely! The gift card is an invitation to offer the freedom to choose a unique, carefully crafted, handcrafted creation.

Once the form is completed, an email is sent to the recipient with a unique code, the amount offered, the name of the sender and the validity date (12 months).

The gift card is valid both on the website and in direct contact with the designer for a personalized order.

On the website, simply enter the unique code during checkout: the card balance will be automatically applied. If your purchase amount is less than your card balance, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases.

We recommend using a mademoiselle V. hat box, available for purchase in several sizes.

HEADBANDS

Place them gently in the box, wrapped in the tissue paper provided, away from light or balanced on a hat stand (in which case, dust them gently and regularly).

Hats should preferably be stored in a hat box; otherwise, they should be placed upside down on the crown or on a nice hat stand. It is important that the brims touch the surface as little as possible.

For stains, use Sommières clay, leave it to work, then brush. You can also clean the grosgrain cotton ribbon inside with cotton wool soaked in scarlet water.

PANAMA

To maintain its suppleness and flexibility, Panama fiber needs moisture to prevent it from becoming brittle. Moisten occasionally with a spray bottle.

Handle it gently and carefully, holding it by the edges.

FELT

To maintain its shine, brush your hat with a soft hat brush. In case of rain, let it dry away from any source of heat.

WAXED COTTON

This traditional waxed cotton is of the highest quality, made in the United Kingdom, with an aged finish. The performance of this oiled cotton is based on a traditional wax/waterproofing application.

Do not iron, simply press with your fingers.

Not washable, but can be re-oiled.
